Dispatching

We aim to get your products to you as soon as possible. Please allow 1 day for processing.

During sale and holiday periods, please allow an additional 2-3 days for your order to be picked, packed and dispatched. Once your order has left our warehouse, you will receive a notification with tracking details.

Please note our warehouse only dispatches on business days and does not operate on weekends and public holidays.

Online Returns

We offer returns and exchanges on full priced products only. Sale products excluded unless faulty.

The following conditions:

1. The garment is returned within 14 days of receiving your order.

2. Garments/googles/product is in a saleable condition, i.e. clean, tags attached, in original condition of purchase. Any garments that have been worn, damaged, tags removed or washed will not be accepted.

Sale items

Sale Items: We do not accept returns (refund or exchange) on any sale items unless deemed faulty. Please note, discounts will not be retrospectively applied.

Cancellation

If you have changed your mind and would like to cancel an order, please email contact@tresstudios.com as soon as possible. Please note that orders which have already been shipped cannot be cancelled.

Refunds

Refunds are reversed onto the original form of payments, i.e. Afterpay account or credit card used. Depending on your credit card provider, refunds may take 3-10 business days to appear on your bank statement. The total amount of the refund will be minus any shipping charges (we do not refund the shipping fee).

Warranty

If your goods are damaged due to manufacturing, we will refund, exchange, repair or credit you within 30 days of purchase.
